MEDITATION CLASSES
Meditation in the Himalayan tradition is a tried-and-true, effective technique for improving mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Himalayan Heritage Center for Yoga and Holistic Health offers meditation instruction in the last three classes of the series of 10 classes on-site, taught by Ma Yoga Shakti. Mataji received her training at the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy, where she was a resident student 1978-1998. She was ordained as a swamini at the Swami Rama Foundation Trust Ashram in Haryana, India, by Dr. V. Anand Swami in 2008.
Individual consultations may focus on learning meditation also. This should be discussed with Mataji when scheduling the individual consultations.
